Well not really. Those who know me well know summer is NOT my favorite season. Especially here where it is hot and humid much of the time. I spend a small fortune on annual flowers for my patio and then by July they are frazzled and begging for shade.
I have to admit that my garden loves the weather this year. We are giving away tomatoes and peppers because we have so many. This poor guy is a misfit. He kind of looks like Mr. Magoo.
I still thrift when I can and add to my stash of kitschy finds.
I am still buying bed linens, too. I know I need a 12 step program.
I have found a new love this summer: cold brew coffee! It is great for a hot day when you need a pick-me-up but you don’t want a hot drink. Insert a tropical stirrer and you are in business.
My Pyrex collection continues to grow; these are some of my fall pieces. I use them for everything from salads to casseroles to scrambling eggs. They also look great with fresh fruit or veggies on the counter.
I have been frantically getting my Christmas hoard listed in my Etsy shop for the upcoming holiday season. Remember all this?
.
Well head on over to my Etsy shop. Much of it is listed there!

Check back soon to see the vintage jukebox speaker we have hooked up in the basement!
Heck before we know it we will be putting up the Christmas decorations.
